Presentation Guidelines

Here you can find the guidelines for the E-paper & E-Poster Abstract & Presentation submission for the event "AOMSI Facial Aesthetics Surgery : NextGen Conference" to be held on 8-9 March, 2025

Theme : Facial Aesthetics

All the participants must strictly adhere to the above mentioned theme.

Abstract Guidelines

  • Abstract Word Limit is 250 words.

  • One presentation allowed per participant.

  • Conference Registration is Compulsory for Submitting Abstract

  • Abstract should be submitted in docx or pdf format only.

Free Paper Presentation (For Delegates Only)


Eligibility & Submission
Only delegates are allowed to present free papers. Residents are not eligible.
Theme Restriction: All submissions must strictly relate to "Facial Aesthetics"

Last Date for Abstract Submission: February 23, 2025 (No extensions).

Presentation Format

PowerPoint (PPTX) in 16:9 (WIDE) landscape layout.

Watermark slides if necessary for privacy.

Time Allocation & Presentation Protocol
8 minutes for presentation + 2 minutes for discussion.
Digital reverse timer with two reminder bells (2 minutes before time lapse and at the end)
Presenters must upload their presentations online (max 10MB) before the deadline.
No changes will be allowed to the presentation once the presentation is submitted.
No USB or laptop uploads allowed at the venue.
Presenters must be in the hall 30 minutes before the session and stay until the session concludes.

 

E-Poster Presentation (For Residents Only)


Eligibility & Submission
Only residents (PG) are allowed to submit free E-Poster. Delegates are not eligible.
Theme Restriction: All submissions must strictly relate to "Facial Aesthetics"

Last Date for Abstract Submission: February 23, 2025 (No extensions).

Presentation Format

Single-slide e-poster in 16:9 landscape format.
Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, or PDF (max 10MB).
No videos or animations allowed.

Display & Guidelines
Posters will be displayed digitally on a Projector.
Avoid long paragraphs; use concise bullet points.
High-resolution images (RGB format, not CMYK).

 

Mandatory Information
Title, author(s), affiliation(s), and country.
Structured sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
Declaration of conflict of interest and funding sources.

​

Prohibited Content
No conference, association, or host society logos.
No commercial messages, logos, or trademarks.
Use only generic names for drugs, devices, and products.

 

Important Notes
All abstracts must be submitted online before February 23, 2025.
The Scientific Committee will review and approve submissions.
Participant will be intimated by email and WhatsApp regarding their presentation acceptance and schedules.

Strict adherence to guidelines is mandatory; non-compliant submissions will be rejected.
